Vinayak Katyayan is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than five years of experience. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Clinical Psychology from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. Mr. Vinayak has extensive knowledge of providing evidence-based psychotherapies, which are tailored to the client’s needs and are eclectic in nature. He has experience working with the pediatric to geriatric population, catering to neurotic (anxiety, stress, OCD, depression, phobias, PTSD, panic, psychosomatic) conditions, personality-related issues, interpersonal and adjustment issues, substance use, suicide, and self-harm. His approach is tailored according to the needs of the client, with a majorly focus on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and various evidence-based relaxation and grounding techniques. Mr. Vinayak is also a researcher who has worked for DHR-ICMR-sponsored projects and has presented research papers on various national and international platforms. His boulder approach (scientist and practitioner) ensures an evidence-based solution for the clients.
